Back in July I went up to Seattle and met up with some college friends over July 4 weekend. One of them, Marco, said he had a timeshare on Maui in early September and invited us to meet him there. I hadn't made any other summer vacation plans so looked into it and found a good deal on Hawaiian Air. Tony ended up making last minute arrangements to meet us there too. I went a few days early and stayed at a youth hostel in Wailuku then met up with Marco and Tony when they arrived at the airport. The condo was in Kihei right across the street from the beach. We did a lot of snorkeling, lazing about and touring the island while on Maui.
